Sarah Caveney, Studio Owner

I discovered Nia in 2004 and have been experiencing transformations in my body and mind ever since. I came to find Nia at a time when I had two toddler boys at home and desired a way to discover myself again as a unique individual. I bring my energy and zest for life to my students encouraging them to find joy and heath through movement.  The physical and spiritual balance I have achieved lies within my commitment to the practice of Nia with Yoga as a wonderful compliment.

MoveMe is the realization of my dream to bring complimentary mindful movement practices together under one roof into the community where I live in a comfortable and pleasant environment.  It is my intention to truly live and work in my community doing what I love...helping people find connections with each other and their body, mind, and spirit.  Come Move with me!
